Lotus Cake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 350g Low gluten flour
  • 100ml Water
  • 100g Dried coconut
  • 50ml Milk
  • 100g Lard
  • 1 Red yeast powder small box
  • 50g Butter
  • 50g White sugar

Mix 150 grams of flour and 75 grams of lard
