  • 40g White sugar
  • 1 Sheet of gelatin
  • 200ml Water
  • 1 tbsp. Honey

Cut the pumpkin in blocks and steam for 20/30 minutes until it becomes tender

Peel the pumpkin skin off pour in the mixer, add 150ml water, 40g sugar
