Eggs are rich in high-quality protein, protect the liver, prevent arthritis and other effects. Cooking, frying, and steaming are very nutritious and healthy methods of cooking foods.
Shrimp is also very rich in nutrients, and the meat is soft and easy to digest. It also has a good cardiovascular system and is rich in phosphorus and calcium. 

PS. in this recipe we added some shrimp, some people may be allergic to the shrimp shells so if you don't want to add the shrimp you can do this without it without it.

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 6 small shrimps
  • Broth or warm water, 1.5/2 times the egg 
  • 1/4 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Green onion

Instructions

Clean the shrimps, add wine, salt and marinate

Put the eggs in a bowl, add salt, beat the eggs then add 1.5/2 warm water

Pour into a small steaming bowl

Cover up all the bowls

Steam the egg soups for 7/8 minutes until it's solidified then add the shrimps

Continue to steam for 10 minutes, sprinkle with chopped green onion, add to the top soy sauce and sesame oil.
