Chinese Steamed Chicken and Mushroom recipe

One of the easiest way make this recipe even more tasteful is to stir fried first the chicken, of course you can also throw everything in the steamer, the result will be not the same because the meat we be a little more chewy but it tastes good anyway.  This recipe is very simple and super delicious, marinating first the chicken and stir fry it a little will make the meat texture even more tender, the mushrooms will absorb more water in the steamer, the result will be delicious.

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken legs
  • 2 Little red peppers
  • 5 Slices of ginger
  • 4 Ginger slices
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • Moderate amount of pepper powder
  • Moderate amount of cooking oli
  • 8 Shiitake mushrooms
  • 3 Petals of garlic
  • 5 Roots of shallots
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp. Oyster sauce
  • Moderate amount of salt

Instructions

Prepare the chicken legs and cut in small pieces

Take a bowl and add cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, pepper, ginger and raw meal.

Stir well and cover in a plastic wrap box for at least 30 minutes. Usually I will prepare for a meal in advance and marinate for at least 4 hours, but in this case we will be more fast

Cut into pieces, mushrooms, ginger and garlic in slices, and red pepper onions are cut into sections

Pour the oil in the wok. After the oil is hot, add the saute with ginger, garlic and red pepper

Stir fry until the chicken is ready. Add the shiitake mushrooms and stir well. Add the appropriate amount of salt to season the pan
