Chinese Shredded Beef with Pepper Recipe
This dish is part of the dishes we make when we want to eat something Chinese cooked in an Asian way. In China the steak is not often eaten whole, it is used to cut into thin strips. With this recipe I will show you a basic method of cooking beef with some essential ingredients.
Slice the beef in tiny strips
Boil some water and pour in the beef for a few minutes and take out
Add the barbecue sauce in the beef, mix well and marinate for 1/2 hours
Chop the pepper, shallot and ginger
Heat the pot with some cooking oil, then add peppers and ginger.
Pour in the beef
Mix the beef with the pepper
Sprinkle some sesame and it's ready to be served.
