Chinese Roast Pig Recipe
Chinese roast pig is very famous for being crispy outside a tender inside, this dish can be served cold or hot, you will discover new flavor textures in both ways. To make this roast pork delicious we used a long process, to achieve the crispy and bitter-sweet flavor and s the marinating took 3 hours, so we hope you enjoy it.
Cut in small pieces all the peppers and coriander, mix the pork neck and all seasonings with lemon leaves, coriander sticks, red, green peppers, and onions
Put the pork in the refrigerator, let the pork marinate for more than 3 hours, take it back and warm the oven up.
Put the meat in the baking tray, pour the olive oil in the surface and bake for 30 minutes. Turn the meat from time to time
Remove the meat from the oven and apply the honey on all the meat
Then put it back in the oven and bake it for about 10 minutes until it's pretty dry
Remove the roast pork neck, let it cool and cut into pieces
We suggest to add some barbecue sauce!
