Pork bone soup is a soup with the effect of strengthening the bones. In Asia temperature is pretty high people tend to drink hot drinks or eat hot soups unlike the western culture that tend to drink cold drinks, the human body sweats more and it's easy to have no appetite, eating a good soup is a good way to supplement the body's loss. In this version we will add some yam that is very rich of starch.

Ingredients

  • 100g Pork spine
  • 100g Yam
  • 100g Tender corn
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Ginger slice
  • 20g Goji berries
  • 1 tbsp Salt

Instructions

Cut the spine in small pieces, boil the pork for a few minutes

Take a casserole, add enough water, put in the pork spine, ginger, cinnamon

Add in the casserole sliced corn and cook over low heat for 30 minutes

Peel the yam and cut it in blocks and pour it in the casserole

Add the goji berries and simmer for another 10 minutes and the soup is ready
