  • 2 Preserved eggs
  • 2 Red Chili
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1/4 tbsp White sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 Organic tofu 
  • 4 Garlic
  • 1 Green shallot
  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil



Prepare all the ingredients


Take out of the box the tofu carefully, it can easily break, the taste doesn't change but the sight a little


cut it into small pieces. Don't need to be too thin, if it's too thin the tender tofu will easily break


Now shell the century eggs carefully without leaving any shell piece


Cut the preserved egg into small pieces and pour the sliced preserved egg into the tofu


Then mince the garlic, green onion, and the red chili
