Chinese King Crab recipe
King Crabs are usually cooked with ginger and scallion method, but we wanted something different, something more asian.
PS. Remove all the parts that can't be eaten, cut the crab in small pieces.
Prepare all the crab parts that you already prepared and put in a large bowl
Add some starch and mix well
Put some cooking oil and stir fry the crab, after the simmering take out the crab, because we need the pot for the sauce
Put the ginger and garlic slices, add the curry block and stir fry with a small fire. Then add water
Pour the crab in the pot and add wine
Add green and red peppers, simmer until the peppers are done
