Chinese Fried Beef & Veggies Rice Recipe

Sometimes it can happen that preparing food for your kids may be difficult, especially when it comes to vegetables. I tried to change the pattern of the classic meat and egg fried rice, I added the vegetables and all went very fine. So when I have to steam some rice, I will steam more and put it in the refrigerator, in case of emergency for the kids, it will be very convenient when you are out of quick ideas.

Ingredients

  • 2 Bowls of white rice
  • 2 Broccoli
  • 20g Corn Kernels
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 50g Beef
  • Half Carrot
  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil 
  • 1 tbsp Black pepper sauce

Instructions

Dice all the veggies and the meat except the corn of course

Pour some oil in the pan, add the beef first, add the corn, carrot, broccoli, and add the black pepper sauce

Put the two bowl of rice and stir fry

Stir fry until the grains are all separated
