Chinese Chive Pocket Recipe
Chinese chive pockets are simply pan fried big dumplings filled with crunchy chive, scrambled eggs and vermicelli, we will modify a little bit this old fashioned recipe with a new one, by simply removing the vermicelli noodles and add ground pork and shrimps. The smell will match taste, guaranteed!
Grab a pan and stir fry the eggs
Filling preparation: Pour the chives, shrimps and ground pork in a pot with all the seasonings and simmer. When it's all simmered add the scrambled eggs
Cut the dough according to the size of the pocket
We bought the dough already prepared for make it faster because the process was already too slow
Roll out the dough and start the filling with the already prepared stuffing. Don't fill it too much
