Ingredients

  • 300g Chicken breast
  • 100g peanuts
  • 1 Dried red pepper
  • 4 Ginger slices
  • 1/4 tbsp salt
  • 5g Chooped green onion
  • 1 tbsp. Pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp. light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Sugar 
  • 1 tbsp. Corn starch

Instructions

Prepare all the ingredients, cut all in small pieces, remove the pepper seeds

Marinate the chicken with: Cooking wine, pepper, salt and sesame oil

Prepare a bowl for the sauce: add water, sugar, rice vinegar, soy sauce, starch, salt and mix all together

Heat some cooking oil then add the chicken and stir fry

Leave the base oil in the pot, add the pepper, dried chili, onion, ginger and minced garlic

Add the chicken and stir fry

Add the bowl of sauce you already prepared and stir fry

Add peanuts, green onion slices, stir fry evenly
