Chinese Chicken Soup recipe
Chinese chicken soups are generally super healthy, some ingredients are not very used in other part of the world, but they are very common in china for healthy-food purposes, like the yam or the shiitake mushroom.
The preparation time is a bit off because the shiitake mushrooms need to be soaked in water because they are generally sold dried, the chicken must be already simmered.
We will recommend to use a casserole for this recipe.
Put the already prepared chicken and mushrooms in a casserole, add enough water, when water starts to boil, lower the fire and simmer for 2 hours
The yam need to be peeled and washed
Add the red dates and the yam and continue to simmer for half an hour
Add the right amount of salt
