Chinese Vegetarian Dumplings Recipe

Although the classic meat filling dumplings never tire, sometimes it is also appropriate to eat some vegetables, so we thought of this recipe with vegetables filling. The ingredients are also very simple to obtain and very fresh, we will use some Fansi (Cellophane noodles) , mushrooms, zucchini, ginger.

PS. We bought the frozen dumplings skin, we know how to do it, but for a matter of time we bought the one that was ready to use.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of Fermented bean paste
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 tbsp White sugar
  • 1 Bottle of chili sauce
  • 1 Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Cooking oil 

Instructions

Soak the Fansi noodles for a few minutes before its use, after soaked the fansi take out of the water, and cut it in small pieces

Wash and mince the mushrooms, ginger, zucchini

Heat the pan, add some oil and pour in the minced ginger

Add the mushrooms and stir

Put pepper, salt, sugar. The taste should be slightly thicker and stir well

Mix the minced zucchini with sesame oil

When the mushroom are cold mix it with the Fansi

Then mix the mushroom with the zucchini

Pack the filling in the dumpling skins
