Chinese Tiger Prawn recipe
Tiger prawn is a kind of shrimp that has this name because of it's large size and markings that resembles a tiger, it can be called the king of the prawns. The Tiger prawn meat is succulent sweet, elastic, it literally looks, tastes, and smells wonderful with just adding some shallot, onion, ginger and a red pepper. Who is in love with seafood diners can't miss this recipe.
Use scissors to cut off the feet and whiskers, open the prawn from the back, take out the intestines and clean them
Chop the red pepper, garlic, ginger and shallots
Put the oil in the pan and pour the prawn and simmer for half a minute, then take out the prawns
Use the same oil and sauté the garlic, ginger and pepper
Put the shrimp in the pan and add all the seasonings
Slowly fry the juice in the pan and drain it, add the chopped shallots in the end. Enjoy!
