Chinese Stir Fry Duck Recipe

Ingredients

  • Half cleaned duck
  • 1/2 Shallot
  • 1/2 Garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 600ml Beer
  • 2 slices Ginger
  • 1 tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1 Star anise
  • 1 Green pepper

Instructions

The duck must be clean, the brand of the beer it doesn't matter

Cut the duck and the peppers

Heat the wok with cooking oil, put the, ginger and garlic on the sauté, and stir-fry the duck

add water, Add soy sauce, sugar (or not), and  star anise, stir-fry

Add the whole bottle of beer

Boil and lower the fire, simmer for 30 minutes

Wait until the soup is basically dried and add green pepper, chopped shallot, onion, stir-fry, and then season with salt
