Chinese Spicy Noodles Recipe

We would like to share with you a very delicious and fast method of diced meat and spicy noodles. Noodles is a kind of food that is usually eaten in northern china, the south is more rice kind. In restaurants this kind of noodles is generally served in soups, all the spiciness is mainly contained in the soup. the old fashioned Chinese fast foods was noodles shops, still today you can eat a bowl of noodles in the corner of a skyscraper.

Ingredients

  • 150g Noodles 
  • Few leaves of lettuce or spinach
  • 2 Red oil chili sauce
  • 1/2 Minced garlic
  • 1/2 Shallot
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 Ginger slice

Instructions

Mince the garlic and ginger together

Chop the shallot

Lettuce leaves are rinsed and hand-sliced into sections

Boil water

When the water is boiling, pour in the noodles, the time of the noodles it depends of the kind of noodles around a few minutes essentially

Add two spoonfuls of soy sauce, a spoonful of ginger minced garlic, two tablespoons of red pepper, a spoonful of chopped green onion, mix

 put the lettuce leaves and turn off the fire

Eat it when it's still warm
