  • 100g Shiitake mushrooms
  • Right amount of bean sprouts
  • 1/4 tbsp Salt
  • 100g Squid
  • 1 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce

Prepare all the ingredients, remember to soak the shiitakes first
