Chinese Scrambled Eggs Recipe

When people at home don't have anything to eat, they will choose to eat scrambled eggs,  it is very simple to cook, it is very delicious, and it is very convenient to do, so everyone will choose to eat scrambled eggs, with steamed rice of course. In china there are countless variants because eggs is used basically everywhere, the most famous variants are: squid scrambled eggs, green pepper silver fish scrambled eggs, black fungus cress scrambled eggs, Leek scrambled eggs.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 1 Root shallot
  • 1 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/4 tbsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tbsp. Sugar

Instructions

Slice the tomatoes

Beat the 3 eggs

Heat the oil in the pot and pour the eggs into the fry

Take out the eggs and leave them aside

Pour a little oil into the pot, put a few pieces of garlic and pour the tomato into the pot, add salt, add sugar
