Chinese Salted Pork Belly Recipe

  • 1000g Pork belly
  • 60ml Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon powder 
  • 1/2 tbsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 40ml Cooking wine
  • 5 Garlics
  • 1/2 tbsp. Licorice powder
  • 1/2 tbsp White pepper powder



Pour the soy sauce, the whole spice powder, the cooking wine, the minced garlic, stir evenly, fill the surface of the pork with the marinade juice, put it in the bag, then pour the remaining marinade into the bag and seal it. Placed the bag in the refrigerator for one day 


Put the marinated meat into the steamer and steam for 30-40 minutes. The meat will be soft and tender


Preheat the oven around 200 degrees, and bake for 10 minutes on both sides. the result will be crispy outside and tender inside
