Chinese Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings Recipe
There are many ways to cook chicken wings, but my favorite is my dad's recipe, salted and spiced chicken wings. The ingredients are simple, salt, pepper, marinated for 6 hours. The salt and the pepper has penetrated into the bone marrow, after you bite down,you can feel the outer shell is tender and super crispy, the chicken flavor is rich, which is unmatched by other chicken wings.Only those who truly love chicken can understand the beauty and simplicity of this recipe.
The chicken wings are washed clean, squeezed water, mixed with salt and pepper, marinated in the refrigerator for more than 6 hours
Remove the chicken wings from the refrigerator, preheat the pan, add some oil, stir fly using low heat or the wings will be burnt the outside and the inner will remain raw
Cover up for two minutes until the wings become gold and wings are ready to be eaten
