Chinese Pork Noodles Soup Recipe

This dish is one of the top selling in the Chinese noodles fast food. Super delicious and super simply to make it at home. All you need is some of the most common Chinese ingredient that you always need to stash at home when it comes to Asian or Chinese recipes like Lao Gan Ma (fermented bean paste) ginger and soy sauce.

Ingredients

  • 150g Noodles
  • 1 Small cabbage
  • 1/2 tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1 Slice of ginger
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 100g Pork
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 1 Slice of green onion
  • 1/2 tbsp Cooking wine

Prepare all the ingredients, wash the cabbage and mince the pork

Heat a pan with cooking oil, pour in sliced green onion with ginger, put in the pork, add soy sauce and simmer until the pork is ready

Add the right amount of water, then add Lao gan ma (fermented bean paste), add salt, boil it

If you don't like the noodles too soft just boil for a few minutes, enjoy when it's still hot
