We will start our gourd recipes with the bitter-gourd with scrambled eggs, before starting with the recipe, a brief introduction to the bitter-gourd. The bitter-gourd since ancient times it has been highly valued in Ayurvedic medicine for its healing properties, especially for type 2 diabetes. Scientific research has confirmed that the bitter-gourd contains at least three elements that can lower the level of blood glucose, with an action similar to insulin. Another extraordinary quality of bitter-gourd is its antioxidant properties - at least ten times higher than zucchini and cucumbers - which makes it a great ally in daily cancer prevention. Unfortunately for the seekers of new flavors, this gourd is not called involuntarily bitter, because in our opinion it is really bitter from how you can see this is extremely healthy too.
