Chinese Fried Tofu Recipe

We have a special love for fried food, which may be a big obstacle on the road of losing weight. Especially when I learned to make this minced pork fried tofu. it tastes so delicious. You can find bags of fried tofu already prepared in Asian shops, in this way you will skip the annoying part.

Ingredients

  • 250g Fried tofu
  • 1 Green shallot
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Red pepper powder
  • 200g Pork belly
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp. Soy sauce

Instructions

Cut into small pieces

Put in the pot and simmer

When the meat is ready put in the green scallion

Pour in the tofu and stir fry evenly

Pour in cooking wine and soy sauce and salt

Enjoy when it's still warm!
