Chinese Fried Shrimp recipe
This is a very simple recipe, you only need to deep-fry the shrimp. Frying shrimp takes five minutes, at most, even for ones that are quite large. Once the shrimp are fried, you can toss them with green onions, and red chili pepper flakes. They really are finger-licking good, brings together all the palates of adults and kids.
Take the big prawn heads off, the shell and leave a small piece of the tail. Wash and drain
Beat 1 egg into a bowl, 2 tbsp of starch and 3 tablespoons of bread crumbs are packed in small bowls. Add 1 scoop of cooking wine to the prawns and marinate for 15 minutes.
Wrap the marinated prawns in starch, egg liquid and bread crumbs. Then fry in a hot oil pot
And it's ready to be served!
