Chinese Fried Duck Recipe

Duck, one of the staple meats in my family, can be used in all kinds of cooking methods, so it is basically as the ingredients of various delicious dishes. Duck meat has a low melting point of fatty acids and is very easy to digest. It has a high protein content, and it contains more vitamins B and E than other meats. Compared with chicken, duck meat has a more intense and crispy taste. After blanching, marinating and frying, this dish is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, a delightful result.
