Chinese fish cake soup is mainly eaten in the hot-pots preferably in cold season with a little of spicy sauce. There are several versions in this recipe we will add some tomatoes and mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 Fresh tomato
  • 6 Pleurotus (mushroom) 
  • 6 Fish-ball 
  • 6 Chinese meat-cake/meat loaf 
  • 1/4 tbsp salt
  • 1/4 tbsp Soy sauce
  • Moderate amount of pepper

Instructions

Prepare all the ingredients, before you start all the process, everything just needs to be cut in pieces, the taste will be better

Pour the tomato juice into the mushroom, add a little salt

Add a bowl of water

Add the fish cake

Add the chinese meat-loaf/meat cake

Boil everything without lid and then add soy sauce and a small amount of pepper
