Chinese Dumplings Sauce Recipe

Initially dumplings was sold in west without any sauce. The truth is that in China dumplings is always sold with a vinegar sauce or a garlic sauce. Some people just love the chewy of the dumpling skin, why not add an extra sauce? extra sauce has never hurt anyone. This recipe is very simple, the basic ingredient is soy sauce and garlic, every Asian lover loves this two ingredients because they are basically everywhere!

Ingredients

  • 1 Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp White sugar
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chili oil
  • 1 Red pepper

Peel the garlic and smash it

Pour the garlic in the mixer, add some soy sauce and vinegar

when it's basically liquid is ready

Pour everything in a bowl. then add the chili oil

If it feels too dry, you can add soy sauce or vinegar

Finally, you can add the minced red chili and enjoy the extra sauce for the dumplings!
