Chinese Chili Garlic Sauce Recipe

The price of garlic has risen sharply this year, which is not a good thing for me, a garlic lover .However, I can't resist the temptation of garlic, so I still have to buy it.   • 200g Red peppers
  • 80g Cardamom
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 6 pcs Garlic
  • 4 tbsp. Salt
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil



Wash the red peppers, if it's not too spicy you can change the kind of the red pepper


Chop the peppers, you can use a mixer or a knife


Chop the garlic


Heat the oil, pour in the garlic and simmer


Pour in the red peppers and the cardamom


Add salt and stir fry


Add the soy sauce and continue to stir fry for 1 minute or 2


Refrigerate and you can store it for 1 month at least!
