Chinese chili garlic oil is a must in every table, your value add in every dish. Here's a recipe without any preservatives just the natural flavor of  spiciness.

PS. We used a not super spicy kind of pepper, but there's few variety that is very very spicy, so you can choose the variety that you prefer.

Ingredients

  • 500g Red chili, variety of your choice
  • 100g Fresh garlic
  • 20ml Olive oil
  • 2 tsp Salt

Prepare the peppers, start cutting into small pieces without removing the seeds. You can also dry the peppers for a day if you want an extra feeling of spiciness.

Chop the garlic in small pieces

Cut the peppers into chili granules (make sure to wear gloves!)

Mix the garlic and chili in a bowl, add 2 teaspoons of salt and mix well. Marinate for 10 minutes

Add the olive oil and seal the bottle cap and store it in the refrigerator for 2 days and enjoy!
