Ingredients

  • 400g Black sesame 
  • 130g Peanuts 
  • 300g Maltose
  • 130g Walnuts
  • 50g Goji's
  • 80g White sugar

Instructions

Mix the black sesame seeds, walnuts, chopped peanuts, and clams in a baking tin

Put maltose, white sugar, 50 grams of water in the pot

Cook over medium heat until the sugar melts and lower the fire

Boil the sugar with low heat and syrup to about 116 degrees. Don't stir the sugar before it melts to prevent it from turning over

ps. at this point is recommended a thermometer

Without a thermometer, you can use a stick to dip the syrup. The syrup can be drawn and the wire pulled out can be hardened. (I dipped it directly with a thermometer)

Mix all the ingredients and stir well the syrup

After stirring, quickly pour it on the baking sheet and press it with a rolling pin.
