Chinese Black Pepper Sauce Recipe

Black pepper sauce is another milestone of Chinese cuisine, you can add it basically everywhere, it is very versatile, it can be eaten with noodles, on BBQ, fries, vegetables. As soon as you finish thinking about where to spread the sauce, you will also discover that it is really easy to do at home without artificial additives.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 3/4 Bowl of broth
  • 1/2 Tomato
  • 1 tbsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp 

Instructions

Put all the seasonings in the broth and mix well

Cut in cubes the onion and the tomato

Add in a pan 2 tbsp of olive oil

Add onion in the pan and simmer

add the tomatoes and stir fry

When the onion and tomatoes are simmered, pour in the prepared seasoning

Add the black pepper powder and mix well

Cover with the lid for about 7-9 minutes, remember to use a small fire

If it's thick enough you can turn off the fire
