Chinese Black Bean Soup Recipe

Black beans is very common in the Asian culture because of the high protein (36%) and easy to digest it has also the functions of support blood circulation, detoxifying, strengthening blood and nourishing hair scalp. Moisturizes the skin and delays aging. The crude fiber content of black beans is as high as 4%, and the black beans are often eaten, which can provide crude fiber in food, promote digestion and prevent constipation. 

We will introduce two recipes: Black Bean Egg Soup and Black Bean Rice Lily Soup, both recipes are super nutrient and healthy and very easy to prepare.

PS. the black beans are usually sold dried so you have to soak them for one night before you can cook them.

Black Bean Egg Soup

Ingredients

  • 60g Black Beans
  • 2 Boiled eggs
  • 100ml Rice wine
  • 1 tbsp of rice
  • Brown Sugar(personal taste)

Instructions

Take a skillet and add black beans already soaked and boiled eggs, then add two bowls of water to boil and simmer

Simmer the eggs with the black beans, the eggs will absorb the color of the beans, pleasing the eye and the palate

After the black beans are cooked, add rice wine and the tbsp of rice and cook for about half an hour.

Add the right amount of brown sugar powder and mix well

Black Bean Rice Lily Soup

In this recipe we will add Coix seed, peanuts, dried lily and black sesame, all ingredients with high nutrition and very good for healty lifestyles.

PS. The preparation of the seeds is very fast, but all the beans need to be soaked for 2 hours before we can use them. The rice and the sesame need to be washed first always.

Ingredients:

  • 50g Black Beans
  • 100g black rice
  • 100g Coix seeds
  • 50g Peanuts
  • 80g White rice
  • 20g Dried lily
  • 20g Black sesame
  • White sugar(Personal taste)

Process:

Put the right amount of water in a pot, the pot must be pretty large. Add peanuts, black beans, coix seeds and boil over high heat

Put the already washed black rice and white rice and simmer for 20 minutes

Put the already soaked lily, black sesame seeds and the right amount of rock sugar. Simmer for about 10 minutes

And your black bean rice lily soup is complete, it can be served hot or cold, the taste will be always good
