Chinese Beef Stew with Tendon Recipe

This recipe has a soviet influence, it's basically a gulash! The most important thing is that you need to choose carefully the meat age, if the beef is too old even if you'll boil it forever you can't chew it. Beef, potatoes, tomatoes, pepper, ginger, onions, scallions, salt, oil, soy sauce is all what you need to follow this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1000g Beef
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 Carrot
  • 4 Ginger slices
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 2 Potatoes
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2  Scallion 
  • 1 tbsp Cooking wine

Instructions

Cut in pieces all the vegetables

Put the oil in the pan and heat it. Stir-fry the beef first, add the soy sauce and cooking wine

Then lay the onion, tomatoes, continue to stir fry

Add enough water, green onion

Add potatoes, carrots, salt and soy sauce

Simmer for at least 1 hour, taste the beef and if it's super tender it's ready
