Chinese Beef Curry Recipe

Have you ever ordered a Chinese beef curry for takeaway? you don't have to anymore because it's a very simple recipe! golden color, rich curry flavor, crispy and delicious, with rice, absolutely tasty. 
Curry is a sauce made from a variety of spices, commonly found in Indian, Chinese, Thai and Japanese dishes. In this recipe we will use a ready to use box of curry, it tastes the same so don't worry about it's more quicker.

Ingredients

  • 400g Beef
  • 300g Onion
  • 400g Potatoes
  • 300g Carrots
  • 1 Box of curry
  • 5g cumin powder

Instructions

Heat the pan and add the onion, stir-fry until you feel scent

Add the beef pieces, stir-fry until the beef is cooked

Add the carrots and stri-fry until the carrots are soft

Add a good amount of water, cumin powder and stir well to boil.

Cover and simmer for 20/25 minutes

Add potatoes and stir well, cover and simmer for another 20 minutes at least

Add the whole box of curry

Stir the curry with a shovel and simmer for another 5 minutes and turn off the fire. It must be served with steamed rice, enjoy!
