Abalone is one of the most valuable "sea treasures". first of all the Abalone is a very large sea snail, the meat is delicious and nutritious, and is known as the "soft gold" of the ocean. Abalone is a valuable marine edible shellfish.  It is high-protein, low-fat food that is very beneficial to the human body and it's very tasty because it is rich in glutamic acid.

In this Chinese recipe we will enrich it natural flavor trying to cook it with less additive possible. It will sounds strange but we will boil the shelf and reuse it as a soup too, because between the layers of tiles is a clingy protein substance.

Ingredients

  • 410g Fresh Abalone (4 pcs) 
  • 4 Ginger slices
  • Water
  • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

Broke all the Abalone shells, because the shells contain high protein and calcium

Put the broken abalone shell into the pot, add the right amount of water, boil the water and turn to low heat for 40 minutes

Pour out the abalone shell soup, remove the abalone shell, then pour in the abalone shell soup and then add ginseng

Simmer the soup gently for 2 hours.

Add a little soy sauce and serve in a soup bowl
